Just do your best. 15 min's = .25 of an hour, etc So a 30 min walk would be .5 / 24 Log as you go. You'd be surprised that 24 isn't that hard to achieve, or shoot for 12 first then work your way up. No comparison needed, we are all on our own journeys together!

Unless you are doing say hip dips to the outsides as you held the plank, those would be reps countable.

Planks are an isometric hold, so they wouldn't really factor as a repetition so to speak. Like holding a wall sit vs air squats. But if you did 30 Crunches, that's be 30 reps. If that makes sense
