I have a couple days in a row at 1200 then I cave and eat 1600+. I go to the gym everyday sometimes twice a day.

Ground turkey, spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, brussel sprouts ect.. Pretty much protein with a ton of veggies.

Okay okay, I definitely used the wrong word here (cringe). Not wiping equipment is what bothers me the most. I bring my own lysol wipes and always wipe before and after anyways but still.

Straight.... I will be making rotis for my husband, and butter it with the whole stick and I'll lick the top. I'll also heat a pan, butter it with the stick and lick the melted butter on the top of the butter stick. I hope that makes sense. It's bad....

Yup, I feel like every weekend is cheat central. Just recently had a cheat weekend dragged into the week. Surprisingly I lost weight and didn't gain. So happy dance :)

My favorite is tortang talong! Roast or grill eggplant. Peel the skin off. Mush down with fork. Crack eggs into bowl, wisk. Coat mushed eggplant in egg mixture, like french toast. Add to pan and fry. Add salt and pepper or seasoning of your choice :) Or eggplant sabzi if you're into indian food :)

I had my son in September! Do you ladies add breastfeeding to your daily calories? Or just leave it out? I've lost 40+ish pounds of baby weight before starting MFP.
