Ate all my calories and more before 10Am!
What's wrong with me? I guess I don't want this bad enough because I can't get back into the mindset. I know what I need to do but I'm just not able to apply it. I literally ate like 2100 calories between 6AM & 930AM.

The erge to eat is overwhelming
I'm not hungry but I'll eat just to eat. It's almost like I'm in a trance and nothing else is going through my mind but grab this and eat it now. Then once I snap out of it the damage has been done. I don't know how I can overcome this. Any suggestions on how to overcome this issue?

80 lbs lost but see no significant difference
I've lost almost 100 pounds... well 80 but still so close since my second pregnancy 7 months ago. I feel like there's no difference and I'm still huge. Calories, Morbidly Obese & Breastfeeding.
MFP says I should eat 1650 cals. I feel I should eat 1200 cals. Should I go with MFP and leave it at that or add on extra calories for breastfeeding too. Getting started with Running.
I want to run but I can't more then one minute on the treadmill. It also makes my shins hurt? If that's what they are called. Any tips? I can do 6.0 but I can go longer at 5.0,.
