I'm currently 277. My first goal is to get under 250. Second goal is under 200 into Onderland. Third goal 170. After Surgery. Toning and maintaining. My husband promised me a whole body life and new boobs :) I will have the body I always dreamed of.

Thank you everyone for your advice! Sorry if I haven't replied to all but I will be taking into account what I've read and try to apply it to my routine. I know I can lose weight. I've lost a lot of weight before I joined MFP aND then some how gave up half way through my journey. I use to fast until afternoon then eat all…

Then from there the downward spiral. I know I can only blame myself.

I had my baby 16 months ago now. I know I'm definitely depressed but it always comes and goes. What's funny is I'm mostly vegetarian! My plan wasn't to eat hash brown and eggs that was intended for my husband but he didn't eat it. I didn't want to waste it (my excuse) so I ate it.

Oops I ment tofu pan fried with butter. I love butter haha. I lost it with help from breastfeeding, eating low carb/high fat and working out 5/6 times a week. So then after I lost 80 lbs we went to visit my family and I went back to old similar eating habits. Since then I can get back. I'm in carb overload. I can't explain…

I had two coffees. 2 eggs cooked with butter , three hash browns cooked in oven. A cinnamon bum topped with cream cheese icing. Whole package of tofu Pam fried with butter and garlic powder. Bam calories done. I try to pre log my diary but I almost always go off track. 7 months ago I was doing great I lost almost 80 lbs…

I'm almost 99.8 % positive I'm a binge eater too. I will also eat in secret and hide any evidence. I do drink water before and I'll feel really full but the erge to eat will still be there. I have no self control. I wish I could be one of those people who can set ground rules and follow them to a T. Even if I don't have my…

Eating within my calorie goals. I'm constantly going over. I just can't stop eating. It's so difficult.

Be patient! Our eyes lie to us, our brains too for that matter. One day soon you will get dressed and you'll notice your clothes are just looking a tad too big on your now smaller body. Trust me!

Everyone on you ladies is a inspiration! I love reading how so many of you have lost a good amount of weight so far! That is true dedication and self love. I cant wait to get to my goal and share this journey with my fellow friends who have the same goals in mind <3

About 70 lbs down... 100 more to go! Give or take.
-
Of course a shopping spree! Wardrobe, shoes, maybe a new designer bag. New wedding photos and family photos.

I have about 20 more pounds until my second goal weight. When I hit it I'm getting my hair done, mani, pedi and new clothes. I haven't thought about other goal weight rewards yet. My final goal weight when reached, my husband promised I can get my skin removal surgery and some new plus 2's aka boobies! That's definitely a…

I've mastered the skinny face angle  Hahah

Clothes definitely fit differently. I was a size 26 after pregnancy and I'm a loose 20, pretty much 18 now. I can get 16s up but not done up. Even though my pant size is smaller I still feel like that size 26 girl. Thanks you everyone for your kind words! I'm going to keep at it and hopefully I'll be a size 8 by the end of…

Eek. I can put 16s on but I can't zipper and button yet. Wow my motivation is through the roof after reading your post!!

This is amazing! You're amazing! I have hope it can be done for me too! I started at a size 26 almost 5 months ago and I'm a 18 now. I hope my sizes will drop fast! You're my inspiration!!! How fast did you notice your sizes going down?

Almost 7 months ago I was wearing a size 26 right after my second pregnancy. Today I was able to wear a size 18 jeans from Forever 21 plus section. I'm beyond happy! I thought I wasn't making much progress but I have been. I'm cleaning out my closet and getting rid of the old. Another is being able to go up 40 mins on the…

I'm up for a challenge!

I love shopping so that's like my instant happy pill. I also pamper myself, try to keep up apperince :) other then that my life revolves around my weight loss and family.
-
Yup it doesn't work, but I still try for some odd reason.
-
That totally makes sense because when I first started going to the gym in end of January my baby was more fussy. I'm guessing that's from excersice and lack of calories. I think I'm making good progress though, I've been using MFP for 47 days and I've lost 20.7 pounds. I should be grateful I'm losing steadily and not…

I opened my diary. The 180 adds are cookies I enjoyed very much. For the most part my logging is pretty accurate. Maybe 70/30?
-
Can someone look at my diary and give me feedback. Some are random entries but most of the time I weigh my food.
-
Obviously or I wouldn't be fat. Ugh

Like 1200 is in my head then I feel really guilty after I go over. I know I shouldn't but I don't know how to get over that thought process. (I go over often lol)
