Did you have a big meal before your workout? Or maybe you need to poop. Dont hold in your farts. My uncle always says "I would rather lose a friend than an intestine" meaning dont hold in your farts just to please others.

To be honest Im the type of person that doesnt care for warnings and/or doctor recommendations until I'm in a hospital bed. Like I legit have an intolerance to caffeine and aspartame and yet here I am drinking diet soda and drinking 30+ ounces of coffee a day. And honestly, it does keep my sweet tooth in check. I will have…

The flu comes with a fever and chills, as a result, prior to having a full blown flu, your resting heart rate increases daily. For example a week leading up to a fever, my rhr would go from 59 to 67. After that came the headaches, sore throat, wheezing and coughing chills etc. I mean some people might take that increase of…

Well actually when you have the exercise tracker activated(like when your running) the app does tell you what zone your in: fat burning, peak, resting etc! And the battery longevity of it depends on a few things. For example if you have it synced to your phone 24/7 via Bluetooth. If you have it synced then the battery life…

I have had the Fitbit Charge HR(with the heart rate monitor) for about 6/7 months now and I can honestly swear by it. I lost my last 10 pounds with it and I have now maintained my weight for about 2 months. I'm 5'1, with small wrists as well and the watch looks like a watch! Everyone always says how cool my bracelet is and…

My maintenance calories range between 1500-1800 depending on the level of exercise. However, there are times when I save my calories throughout the week and on weekends I eat over 2200 calories :D

Hehe, I stopped drinking diet soda after I realized I had a Aspartame intolerance. If you dont feel ill after drinking diet soda why stop doing what your doing?

Cardio is my cake tbh. I do 1-2 hours of cardio 4x a week. I do it because without exercise, my maitenance calories are around 1300-1450. With exercise its 1700-1900. AND I LOVE MY FOOD
-
I used to log everything when I was losing including gum, spices, pickles, soy sauce, hot sauce, everything! Now that I'm maintaining, I dont weigh spices, lettuce on burgers, lemon juice, peppers etc. However, I still try to weigh almost everything I eat. For example when I make myself a salad, I weigh all the lettuce and…

It's not feedback its criticism. Do you want to really piss them off? Tell them you love looking sickly and bone thin. No but really this kind of thing happens super frequently and its during a time of success(weightloss) that you get to see who your true friends are and what your family is made of. If people are putting…

I personally lost 30 pounds in 3 months and almost 50 pounds in 7 months and even though I just started maintaining, my metabolism is even faster and healthier than it was before. Because I eat all day long and am very active, its really easy for me to maintain. See, studies like that are not really exact because…

My weightloss calories have always been 1200 >_<

My first goal weight was 115 pounds. But I was still not comfortable at that weight so I made my goal 100 pounds. Now I'm maintaining at 104 because It was really difficult for me to lose anymore weight and I was feeling hungry all the time. Now that Im maintaining my weight fluctuates between 104-110. And I'm happy at…

I'm 5'1 My goal weight was 100 pounds but I was having a hard time losing anymore weight and so I stayed at 104. So I started maintenance and I feel comfortable between 104 & 110. But I have a really hard time eating all of my maintenance calorie D:
-
I'm 5'1 and around 104-110. 21-24% bf (different methods/calculators have given me different results so I'm not too sure.) I eat 1400 to lose and 1600-1700 to maintain.

Ive never fallen off the wagon. It has nothing to so with 'cheat days'. OP you just have no self control.

High standard of beauty? Where? In the media? Why do you care what magazine editors and news reporters think?

If he stuck with you at your highest, then he'll stick with you at your saggiest. He loves you for you. In order to gain some sort of self esteem and confidence I would recommend journaling or starting a weight loss blog. I dont know, but these issues are only curable through yourself, we cant be much of help :/

I think the rule of thumb is 10000 steps = lightly active. Less than that is sedentary.
