ugh, why do I always feel bloated and heavy after cardio?

Too much water during your cardio? If you weigh yourself before and after your workout you should stay the same or lose about 1-2% of body weight (more of a lose is pushing dehydration). Weight gain right after a workout is a sign of too much water intake during.0

Did you have a big meal before your workout? Or maybe you need to poop. Dont hold in your farts.
My uncle always says "I would rather lose a friend than an intestine" meaning dont hold in your farts just to please others.0 -
Maybe do a few miles on the treadmill to sweat some of it out.0

I'm the same, I put it down to water intake. It's gone by next morning so I ignore it, but then I usually go to the gym in the evening so it doesn't matter so much then.0

Yeah maybe it's the water. Not sure. I get feeling this way after lifting but not cardio. Strange0
