  • R1/W1/D4: Pilates...not for the weak! Holy Core, I loved it! My quads are finally starting to feel a little less sore, so I was happy for the intense core workout. I did do the modified on w/Kat on nearly all of the planking, but there were a couple I popped up to proper plank for 3-5 seconds lol :)
  • R1/W1/D3 Lower Fix done! My legs are like jello, I can barely walk down the stairs. I'm actually dreading having to pee, because sitting on the toilet is a pain in the quads hahaah. My triceps are minimally sore from yesterday, and that is a nice feeling...but man alive my legs are killing me! Meal plan: this is so much…
  • started 21 day fix June 1st. Today is leg day, my legs are still sore from Monday!!! But I did the modified through it. "One does not simple sit on the toilet after leg day"
  • Meeting with BBCoach tomorrow after work to get on the 21 day fix plan, as well as figure out meal plan and shakeology. I'm looking forward to it.

  • Paramedic checking in! work clinic during the day 8 hours, fire station at night 12 hours. it makes for long shifts! snacking at the desk, food days, eating out, docs buying pizza, all used to kill my healthy eating efforts. I had no willpower, but it's getting better now. I have made my healthy habits well known, and…
  • STFU! I just posted a thread in the motivation section for the same thing. You look great girly, you can see a difference for sure. I'm sharing your feelings though, I'm near 30 lbs down and no one has really said anything to me if they have noticed. Even wearing new clothes that fit me better, no one has said a thing.
  • Thank you for the feedback. I dont feel comfortable in a gym yet. I also dont have home distractions like spouse, phone, kids, etc. I live alone, it's easy for me to silence my cell phone without anxiety lol.
  • I'm bringing this thread alive again, because I too am looking into options for at home workout DVDs. What do you find most beneficial from the system you use? Do they provide a nutrition guide with it?
  • I've seen Dropkick quite a few times, love them! I listen to a ton of music!
  • I log them too! It's important, calories in vs calories out...that's what we are doing, right?!
  • Open Wide - Calvin Harris Uptown Funk - Mark Ronson I'm an Albatraoz - AronChupa Blank Space - I Prevail Hey Mama - David Guetta Dance - Big Sean Dancing upbeat music, lots of bpm

  • If you aren't accurately recording, there is no way to see what you're eating. I track my fiber intake (which I find gives a fuller feeling) The oats I eat in the morning maintain my appetite until lunch, I do have a snack most days between breakfast and lunch. Ususally fruit w/nuts. Like banana w/pb, or apple w/pb,…
  • Wow, congrats on your awesome success! I'm super excited to have just moved closer to work, and I'm planning on buying a bike with my tax returns  I will be biking too and from work which is just over 3 miles. There are some awesome trails near me too at a state park. You're very inspirational! Thank you for sharing.
  • Thai Chili Peanut Saute Made with zucchini instead of noodles, poached chicken breast, and a spicy thai chili sauce. I am in love with this dish!
  • I agree with this ^^ I'm very overweight yet, walking is great. increase your heart rate. use kettle bells and weights as well. there is no Fast Results...the weight wasn't gained in a week, it won't come off in one either ;) Keep logging and keep moving
  • Sounds amazing. I enjoy spinach, apple, berry

  • Sunday is also my big cook/prep day usually. Sometimes a family event will hinder the plan, but I always prep for at least a couple days. I portion everything out right away too. Cooking a bunch of chicken breasts and seasoning each one a little different, or making a package of ground turkey and spliting it for "lettuce…

  • great suggestions, thank you so much! I will add in russian twists! knew this thread was a good idea, you all are so helpful
  • Doc vetod rowing machine, doesn't want me pushing through my foot. Great suggestion though! I was cleared to walk one block  lame sauce!
  • kneeing push up I can add in, didn't even think of that. Thanks!
  • YES!!!! exactly! haha I will be trying Naturemade burpless.
  • skinnytaste.com Don't focus on losing half your body weight. Small goals, first 10, first 25, 10% of original body weight. You can do this! Clean eating habits have helped me tremendously, stay out of the middle aisles, like slcrane said, protein/fruit/vegetable. I use zucchini as pasta, brown rice instead of white, quinoa…
  • I'm an 18 on bottom and 22 on top. I have huge breasts, plan and simple, I'm a 38 DDD my waist is an 18 bust 22.
  • Thank you, I will look into this option as well. Especially with the burpless right on there!
  • Thank you for the feedback
  • Heard the DHA is a lot less than that of Fish Oil.
  • Read the books, though poorly written, still enjoyed the story line. The movie was pretty good, followed the book, showed more than what I thought they would. It's not mean to be a porn, so if you go to watch it for that purpose you will be disappointed.
  • This sounds like a good idea, then I won't obsess over the red number
  • Overwhelming response of Don't Track Sugar. Noted, and advice taken  I do not have a medical reason to watch sugars. I carry my weight in my midsection, and through my hips a bit. I was told that cleaning my eating habits will help me with inches, not just weight, and that sugars and refined flours make doughy…
