Storing your fish oil caplets in the freezer helps some. Also, look into krill oil. Similar benefits but less fishy burps.

I take mine at night, just before bed.

    No issues ever.

Mega Red. I have been taking them for over 2 years. Not a single problem. Mega Red's are krill oil

I take the NatureMade and have had no issues with burping.
I second freezing the pills, it helps preserve the oil.

I also take one pill with breakfast and one with lunch. It helps with heartburn, which has become an issue for me.

    Good luck!

Heard the DHA is a lot less than that of Fish Oil.

NatureMade has always treated me right. Our local Walgreens also carries some in a green bottle and those have been fine, also.

I use Naturemade burpless. No burps. The regular version made me feel like I went out for sushi, without the enjoyment of actually having sushi. :(

I second the night time advice. Right before bed. I keep them on my night stand and drink a half liter of water while I'm at it.

Me too. I compared it to the fish oil labels and it's right up there, if not above (I don't recall... probably need to take more!)

I take the Naturemade burpless fish oil. It actually says burpless on the label. I've never had problems with it. When I switched to other fish oils I noticed right away and went back to Naturemade.

Barlean's Orange taste like candy. Even my toddler love(d) them. I don't take them anymore but they were the only fish oil I could handle.
