I think I figured it out.....if you go to settings > reminders....it is not enough to have the times toggled off, but if you click on them you can delete them entirely.

if you find an answer, let me know. It has been annoying me too! Reminders are all off, and push notifications only pertain to personal messages.

I like to have 1/2 cup of sugar free jello with a squirt of reddi whip real cream topping for a total of 55 cal ( 10 for jello 45 for topping). Its creamy enough to feel like you ate something satisfying.

I had previously tried Google calendar, but didn't see some of the features I was looking for. Since you both recommended it, I looked at it again. Apparently, the features I was looking for can only be accessed/started by using a desktop and not my phone. I was unaware of that, so I will give it another try. Thanks!…

My suggestion.....start with the easiest. If the scale is jumping that much over three days...change the batteries.

I second the rotisserie chicken, salad, and I would pick up a good French baguette or loaf of bread to go with it!

One last suggestion is to google how to hide veggies in meals. I think there is a cookbook on this as well. Example pureed carrots can be mixed in spaghetti sauce used on pasta or pizza etc...

I have noticed this too....my kids have always wanted what was on my plate since they could eat regular food( about 9 months old) and that is what they got. They refused special toddler foods liker Gerber pick ups, etc... Dont get me wrong, they like chicken nuggets, pizza etc...but waitresses and friends are always…

Another option for fair weather would be to get a portable propane grill and grill chicken, burgers etc while waiting on kiddos at their practice..

Assuming you have time to gather supplies and meal plan ahead of time: You could buy an inverter and take your crock pot in the car and serve meals on the go to each kid at different times...just google for ideas on how to make this work. Alot of the sites will most likely be RV travel sites. Some ideas... baked potatoes…

Eating lots of leafy green veggies ( and foods high in vitamin K) reverse the effects of coumadin/warfarin. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/thrombophlebitis/expert-answers/warfarin/faq-20058443

I still get unreasonably annoyed when I'm in the middle of typing a post, accidentally turn my phone too much, and get sent back to the Community landing page  [/quote] Me too! So annoying!

I can see its usefullness in understanding portion sizes. My sister used it for a while and I can say the foods didn't look appetizing and some were awful tasting....less money to buy a kitchen scale portion your own food.

I agree with the above^. Ask her how you can best support her. She might want the gentle reminders or for you to say nothing at all. But always let her know that you love her just the way she is....

I have seen this too with my Vivosmart HR as well. I can only guess it has to do with having your heart rate elevated. I have contacted MFP to make sure it wasn't a glitched but got no where. On normal days with little to no activity it seems fine but days that are above and beyond are off the charts.

My husband thought is was him reheating it up for lunch the next day. Apparently, I was getting the icky breast at dinner and he was getting it for lunch but never at the same time.
