INR affected

I've been with the fitness pal since the New Year and have lost 8lb so far. However my INR has gone down drastically and my warfarin has been increased and is still having no effect on my INR. I haven't changed my diet, just eating less, I already eat salad/veggies and haven't changed these, apart from eating less - can anyone shed any light on why my INR is too low - even my GP/Nurse are confused as they say it should have settled down by now? Thanks

This is not a forum question, it's a medical professional question.
I'd say take your Food Diary to your doctor - or give him/her access to it online. If it's diet related, they should be the ones to spot something.5 -
Eating lots of leafy green veggies ( and foods high in vitamin K) reverse the effects of coumadin/warfarin.
