Ok ladies... I failed at my attempt on a liquid diet yesterday... any tips to help me pull through 3 days of detox? Im afraid i may not make it today.

Put some ankle weights on or wear heavy boots when you take the doggy out... that extra weight will help tone up your legs... anytime you need to vent or want encouragement were here!

Ok ladies..... my game plan is 30 mins elyptical....2 hrs ankle weight exercises spread out over the day .....and the pull up bar..which i cant do a full pull up yet but im working on it! Rest of day2.... Mostly things using my ankle weights.... my legs are the part of me i hate.... so i mainly work them.... i must admit that burning and tingling i feel in my legs while i lay in bed is a great feeling of accomplishment.

Day #2 I plan on doing a leg workout, using my kettle bell and my elyptical! Those are my workout goals for today.... Ready to go...Starting today as day #1..... my ankle weights are on, i will wear em all day wbile i work... later i plan to use my elyptical and a few other machines i have. ill post more tonight on what i got done for the day. My plan for 2017 is to tighten and tone everything. I pledge to use my equipment at least 5 days a week and make time to eat right instead of grabbing whats easy. New year new attitude towards my health goals!
