  • The last two days (haven't been working out long), I got up around 5:30, ate a banana, drank a glass or so of water then work out. After my 25-minute workout (Focus T25), I make a protein shake. A few hours later I have my first snack (yogurt w/ berries), then lunch, 2nd snack, dinner. Hope that helps.

  • This happened to one of the girls in Boot Camp when we had our final timed 2 mile run. We were both close to the maximum time allowed. It was a stressful time and I think I am the only one that saw. I felt bad for her, but we all did things in Boot Camp we couldn't help!

  • Granted I am just starting this week, but it would be interested to see other people's perspectives. Mostly because I am going to an NHL game this Friday and will be drinking a lot of calories...and maybe out to dinner before the game. So for me it will be a cheat meal.
