Today is day two for me. I noticed my feet bothering me today. My shoes are new (only tried to break them in one day) so I figured that may be it. Hopefully it goes away. The jumping was rough.

Same here! I am going to Vegas in June to celebrate my 30th with just the ladies! I want to look good for that trip! Then I have to get a new drivers license before my birthday in July. Maybe I can put down a lower number for my weight!

That is awesome cmsincla! I had to get new work pants a few weeks ago...but a size bigger. That is the final thing that pushed me to start working out again. Okay...I did a little more reading and it says I should be eating 1 gram for every pound I am. Um....how is that possible?? I am going to start my new workout and diet on Monday. I haven't weighed myself yet (and haven't see what it is in a year or so), but I think I need to lose between 40-50. I found the group and joined...
