Not trying to nit pick but this doesn't look exactly accurate--an average 4oz serving of meatloaf is close to 300 calories, so 600 and crepes are around 150 each, so 300, and a generic serving of mashed potatoes is 200. You are already at 1100. Then your fruit and sugar so probably eating more than you think. I think the…

Sounds similar to these which can be rolled smaller and baked into meatballs or as a burger--http://allrecipes.com/recipe/spinach-and-feta-turkey-burgers/ I am less into ground beef but I have another one that is ground turkey and pesto, egg white and some spinach. I actually had that for lunch today :)

THis looks amazing--I do something similar with a light homemade pesto!

Im 5'1" and at 120 and I think the thing that was eye opening for me is how the weight sits on me (no where for it to go)--my arms and legs look crazy bulky right now! Trying to get down to 110.
-
Im 5'1" with a goal of 110...anyone else who is in that range feel free to add me! I like having friends with similar stats/goals because I think its helpful if we are all on the same track.

I am 5'1" and at 120. My current goal weight is 110. I was down there last October and was pretty happy with the way I was starting to look. Then went back up to 125 (eek)...really struggling to lose now though. I will reassess at 110 but my ultimate goal weight was 105.

That's really awesome! Congrats and you have a great attitude! Im trying to bring down my 1-mile split on a 6 mile run...Its really true that we discount ourselves. Personally, I used to say, I will never be as fast as I was pre-kids but slowly plugging along towards my goal.

I make little zucchini chocolate protein muffins and keep them in the freezer. Pop them in the microwave for a quick snack. They also satisfy my sweet tooth.

Mine is open to friends

I agree with this because I am of this petite range and look/am perfectly health close to 100. It seems people are predisposed to view things through their own lenses. Just because it is not realistic for you to eat 1200 calories/day or be under 110 does not mean it is applicable to everyone.

You look great and I love that suit! Where did you get it?

I use steamed broccoli in my and sprinkle of parmesan on top.

HAHAHHAAH! Oh wait...I'm that idiot too! And when I had my AHA moment, it felt like sheer genius.

yes, the earlier I eat the more I eat throughout the day. Im also not typically hungry right when I get up--I need to wait a few hours.

I drink it because dehydration is one of my migraine triggers...dont really think it has any impact on weight loss.

I do "cod cakes" and my kids love them. Boil 1 potato, when soft take out and mash. Add a bit of parsley, parmesan cheese and 1 egg. Then add about 1/2 pound of cod or any mild fish to the boiling water. When its cooked add to the potato mixture. Form the mixture into 2-3 inch cakes and press each side into panko. Pan fry…

Im 5'1" (on a tall day) and its plenty, provided you make good choices. Obviously, you can blow through it unbelievably fast. For example, if I had a piece of coffee cake and a frap from starbucks for breakfast I would be 80% through my calories by 9am and starving the rest of the day. Personally, there are certain things…

egg whites? (that's a lot of protein but obvi your decision)

I agree with the posters who say don't worry about what the scale says--I get very caught up in that too. For some reason I weigh a whole heck of a lot more than I look like at 5'1" and it bothers me. I look fine but mentally I have a tough time with knowing that I weigh the same as my friend who is 5 inches taller than me.

Im not a vegetarian but also not crazy about meat, fish, chicken. I get tired of eggs so I try some creative protein powder recipes: http://proteinpow.com/

This is good to know! I am about the same size and always wonder about this.
