@hobbeskastiel Sorry, I cut and pasted it from Myfitnesspal when I loaded the ingredients in. It think it was supposed to be 1/2 Tsp

This!!! I love the stuff--I prefer my ON pants over the lulu ones that were 4X the price...
-
I wake up at 4:30 or 4:45 and work out then
-
I make little high protein muffins, fritattas or smoothies that I eat/drink on the way to work.

This thread has been so inspirational! I have been off and on MFP for so long trying to lose the last 10 lbs. Im 5'1" and currently 123 but would love to be under 110.

@lexie1108 Awesome pics--helpful for reference because I am more or less the same height. I am currently 123 and trying to get down around 110. So true that every pound shows on us shorties!

Im 5'1" and have been nosing around this group...maybe people who have similar stats just follow each other rather than join the group? Feel free to add me as a friend if that is the case! :)

I don't put much stock in it but I agree with workouttimehettie....it makes me feel good and want to keep going. :)

In the same boat here--working out 6 days/week, try to stay with in 1200 but seem to occasionally blow it out of the water with evening snacking, events with drinks and eating out. I'd be up for a challenge if it started in a few weeks. I would like to see how I do over the next month first.

I have problems when I create the recipe on the PC and then log it on my phone--it sometimes leaves out ingredients and the recipe is only half there...

[ OMG--Thin Mints are my kids fav!!! I have to find these!!! Amazzzzzing!
-
I really like this one: -1 cup unsweeted almond milk -1/2 frozen banana -2-3 dates -1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder -1 tbs PB2

Pretty eyes!

Another thing to note--when you are short and don't have much too lose it is really tough to maintain a deficit. The difference between 1200 and 1400 is only a handful of chips, 2 pieces of fruit or a small serving of cheese and crackers. I am 5'1" and in the same boat. I have focused more on re-composition at this point.…

OMG,, LOOOOLed at this--This is my exact problem. I dont want to be the scrooge but I have limited time and I want to get a good work out in. Last time my friend walked half of my shorter run and then asked if we could get an uber (no, we did not).
-
I dont like it--I want to work out at my pace not someone else's.

I am 5'2" and I hover in the low 120s with approx 20% body fat. I have done a few fitness challenges where I can get down to around 112 but I struggle to maintain it. Right now, I am working out more and trying to fill my calories with more satiating choices so that I dont feel hungry...I know it will be slow but it is so…

I have 2 kids and work full time--I was a former athlete and in the Navy. I would like to bring down my half marathon time to before I had kids but not sure if that is realistic! I lift and run aprox. 30 miles a week.
-
I sometimes come out under and sometimes come out over...I dont see the point in stuffing myself if I am not hungry just to meet a goal.
-
I check out their website all the time but havent signed up yet...let us know what you think! I really like the philosophy but not sure about spending the $$ on something I can probably do on my own.
-
I need to be at 1200 to lose (I am very petite). What makes a difference in how I feel whether at 1200 or higher (if I am maintaining) is what I choose to fill those calories with. I have to be smart with my choices so I feel satisfied and do a lot of egg/egg white fritattas, veggies and some fruit. I can blow it up by…

That is totally water weight but I did something similar and it was so demoralizing to see the scale go up...I stuck with it though and then I started to see it creep back down.

I am 5'1" and 125 and I use free weights...I tend to like how I look when I lift more. My weight doesnt go down but I look less "jiggly." I was really happy with how I looked at 110 (more running and less lifting) but it cramped my lifestyle and it was not sustainable with social events and drinking...maybe try building…

I usually go with G&T, vodka soda or a glass of red wine...I sip slowly and stick to 1 or 2

I love it!! I made protein bars with it yesterday and am going to try a healthy cookie recipe this weekend! It bakes really well!
-
90s hip hop because its just awesome :)
-
I know they are good for you but I can sit down and finish a pint, no problem! Better than chips or candy but it is possible to over do it and gain lbs on fruit. I did.
-
I love fruit but I also have a self control issue when it comes to grapes, blueberries, etc...I pop them like candy and go through the whole container. I have to measure and control but that's just me--everyone has their weaknesses! ;)

Nike+ Training Club!

Ive done these before too but I also use 1 egg white, a half a cup of unsweetened applesauce and 3 scoops of protein powder...They are OK but definitely don't quench my cookie craving. I use them as a mini breakfast bar before I work out in the AM. They are around 100 calories and 10g of protein each so a perfect little…
