I tried 10 minute HIIT from youtube. Seemed fairly harmless, my legs ached (good pain) for a few days. Im trying running HIIT 3:1 rest work ratio. I like running outside on the track.

I know! What I do for a quick clean is I let it heat up for a bit, then I run paper towel through the grooves to grab whatever is stuck. Its not completely clean but I'm a guy so I dont give a **** lol! I used to make grilled cheese on it but the calorie to satiety ratio isnt worth it these days!

Olympic lifts with weights and plyometrics for bodyweight. I have done neither and I have not done muay thai, proceed at your own caution! Lol.

Yea pretty much. I make the "uhhhh" grunting sound too when I squat and deadlift. Nobody cares my gym is cool!

Me too! I used to work nights for two years and it was difficult to reverse the circadian rhythm. And I would have to get my routine in 3-4AM BEFORE bed, that sucked but I was dedicated! Sounds like you got bit by the bug! Correct form is huge you're fortunate to have your man check it! And I like the choice of exercises, deadlifting 115 and just starting out...your trainer will have you double that on a very short time! Congrats!

Well if the Drs. haven't figured out what it is yea more sodium and water seems like the obvious remedy. Another thing it could be is a drop in blood albumin. Albumin helps with keeping blood pressure stable if I'm not mistaken. Albumin is produced in the liver I believe. Might be worth investigating.

Hmm better to just focus on eating cleaner and eating when you are hungry. Fasting will make you hangry then you get diet rage and crash lol jk.

When I feel drained or I need something for an energy boost I eat an apple. Its the fruit that seems to give me a quick boost of energy. Try a natural form of simple carbs (any fruit) for energy. Much better than greasy pizza and salted greasy chips lol I love those too I just make sure they are within parameters!
