  • Thanks everyone:) I've already lost around 50 lbs...and I go to the gym but I never really set up a workout plan I would just go and do cardio and choose weight machines that I felt like doing for the day...I'm staying within my deficit of losing 2 lbs per week (1500 calories) but I want to get more serious with my…

  • I know what you mean sometimes can be a struggle...wake up work a whole shift...then by the time you get off its almost dinner time then back to bed for the same routine...but even just a few slight changes can make a difference:) like a good breakfast before work and just plenty of water...
  • hello:) First of all, congrats on how far you have come...it's a tremendous story and I'm sure makes you very proud:) I agree with everyone just give it some time and your skin will retract better because of being young...also drinking lots of water helps the skin....and if you want to try something that could possibly…
  • Good luck to everyone...just don't get discouraged that it might take a while to drop the lbs off...I know for me just 2 lbs a week feels like nothing...but any lbs lost is one step closer to your goal...and with the way time seems to fly by so fast we will all begin to see results before we know it...also I for one have…
  • Thank you lessleem91 for the positive feedback...I know it's more of a lifestyle change and once all of this weight comes off I need to keep to a healthy lifestyle....I've been doing ok trying to stay a little under my calorie allowance....and I'm searching for fitness that I can enjoy and that will help me as well....best…
