I can gain anywhere from 3 to 8 pounds just from my period. It normally happens the day before I get it. Drink a lot of water and it won't affect you as much

I'm getting married on November 17th. I've lost a total of 25 pounds in the past year, around 10 more to go. For the next 7 weeks I am using Protein world shakes for breakfast and lunch, dinner is protein & 2/3 veg. No bread, pasta, alcohol or sugar. I'm ramping things up in the gym too focusing on heavy weights.

Have your bag packed the night before along with your workout gear. I hop out of bed even on snowy mornings as it is now part of my routine and I can relax in the evenings knowing my workout is done. I have just started a new regime as I had gained 20 pounds due to laziness, bad diet and stress.
