It actually seems accurate for me.

Waist 28 and around navel 31 inches each

I get the same, sugar makes me crazy for 2 days. Carbs make me grumpy. I think I have some sort of hypoglycemic thing or similar.

Well done that's amazing and inspiring. you're a total hottie :) x

Totally. Even my ex husband who demanded I lose weight (right before I dumped his *kitten*) is now checking me out. Haha

I'm 5ft 4 and have gone from 154lbs which looked chubby on me to 140lbs in a linear fashion in a few mths which looks quite slim on me especially for a mum of 2. my goal is around 125 or 130 and it does slow as you have less to lose. The first 5lbs evaporated ! Now it's a daily effort.

Yes I've got non-food treats for every couple of pounds lost like a new purse. Bigger things like belly button piercing when I reach goal weight (1 stone off now). I find it very encouraging and loving to myself, which is all good.

I've had two kids, one natural one c sec and having lost 11lbs so far the cliff is a lot smaller. But I can clearly see it won't ever go away. And that's ok. You can't erase your past. It used to feel Like a punch in the face every time I looked at that scar but losing weight (and a *kitten* ex husband) and gaining some…

I've had a good look at mybody gallery and found some realistic pics to use as motivation. it's just a guide. I know what I do and don't want and have adjusted my goal to 10lbs lighter, so 125lbs as my first goal and BF% of around 19-21%. Currently 28% and 142lbs. Focus is on continued feeling amazing and running and…

good advice thank you :) my body image is good and I'm a health freak so I don't stress about that. But knowing what I can realistically achieve and maintain is very helpful for me on my day to day efforts. I rarely go over calorie count of 1500 and do as much running as I can with 2 little kids around most of the time.…

That is extremely helpful information , thank you so much !

Fab thank you! perfect thanks. Yes I've set the above goals, and the website looks ideal. I need realistic pics to aim for because I need motivation boosts daily in order to continue. I feel like I'm doing well but this is .My third attempt at losing Wright and I always get disillusioned. The key this time has been eating…

I've already said it helps my motivation more than anything else. I've got a body ideal board but I don't know how realistic it is because I'm short and quite thick and muscular and clearly never going to be tiny. You don't have to think it's important, honestly I dont mind ;)

I can't figure out what I am that's the problem ! I think I look kinda hourglass, I've got a definite waist now, what would anyone say based on my stats? (how to I post pics?!) Thanks x Cheers That's exactly what I was after !

My moment was my husband telling me I was chubby and it was time to lose the baby weight and he wasn't attracted to me. He was vile about it. That was a year ago. For many other reasons in addition, I dumped him and have lost 11lbs now with about a stone to go. Immensely satisfying to see him checking me out when I drop…

Thanks guys. Since I don't eat back my exercise cals it hasn't done any damage, I did the walk for pleasure and because I'd hurt my leg so couldn't run that day. Good to know for future. So apparently I'm a slow walker after all! feels fast to me because I'm short :P Thanks again for clearing it up !

I have a big appetite and get shakey if I don't eat regularly. I'm now eating a lot of protein and moderate good fats. But previously it was a carb fest. Also had 2 kids and got chubby.

Agree. You hhave to figure out your body shape and work with it not against it. For example I'm 5ft 5, 148lbs and very hourglass shaped, losing weight off my natural waistline and arms and face is pretty easy. Off my boobs, hips and thighs? Not gonna happen! Work with what you've got and make the best of yourself. Your…

Made me giggle. I've nibbled a jelly cube before now for the same reason

This is exactly what I do. It really helps with motivation.
