Definitely just dump the protein shake stuff, that's all I'm saying. Especially before bed. It's not being burned in a workout so it'll just turn into fat. Work out if you wanna bulk, you've got the nutrients you need already, it's just that it's going towards building fat rather than building muscle.

That's too rigid and unsustainable. Eat fruits and vegetables, either skip a meal or eat in smaller portions, and find protein through a little bit of meat every day. Keep your diet as natural as possible.

If you want to lose weight, you shouldn't be going out to eat on a regular basis unless that's your one big meal of the day. Restaurants put a lot of fat and stuff into their food because it's the easiest way to make it taste good. It should be a rare treat, in which case don't binge, but don't bother logging it.
