Warm bone broth, cucumbers with chive cream cheese, meat sticks, smoked almonds, cheese cubes. Whisps (bacon bbg) are my favorite crunchy snack!

kg = the first letter of fist and last names. mcgee rhymes with kg and my favorite show at the time was NCIS (Agent Tim McGee).

Congrats! You look great! You gotta do what works for you.

Awesome job! I started one at my work to help keep me motivated. We had to put in $20 and 10 people joined. Winner gets 150 and second place is $50!

I knew I was losing when I had to adjust my review mirror down. I guess my butt got smaller!

Spinach salad...spinach, strawberries, pecans, feta and light raspberry vinaigrette. Yummy and easy to throw together.

What about a pasta salad that's mostly veggies with a low cal dressing? You could prep everything in baggies ahead of time and just mix together right before. Veggies are fine in a cooler and I would think the cooked pasta would be too.

WOW! You look great. I so appreciate you telling your story. I look at success stories daily to keep me motivated. I'd love to hear more about the support group at your church. I'd love to do something like that to help others, once I've reached my goal.

Wow. Just wow. You are such an inspiration. You were beautiful in your before pictures but now you are gorgeous! I love the tattoo idea. Need to think of a reward for myself. Maybe when I make it to ONEderland!

Congrats, all! Look at all those double chins gone! Can't wait to lose mine.

Have you tried the cauliflower "rice". It is similar to rice but it is yummy in it's own right. I like it because it's very filling and has very few calories. I just put some in my food processor and then cook it with a little bit of coconut oil. Nummers!

Way to go! Inspirational!

KFC is a great option. Grilled thigh - 170, green beans - 25, mashed potatoes - 120. A whole meal for only 315 calories! Great when you don't have time to cook.

I started March 1st and have lost about 14 lbs. I still have over 100 to go. Determined not to quit this time!

Thanks for sharing! Congrats! I have been on insulin for about 6 years now. 7 shots a day. My goal is to get off of the insulin in a year. 11 pounds down and 100+ to go!

I'm sorry I don't have anything to add on the leg cramps but I am praying for you! I too have a lot of medical issues that losing weight will help. I've only lost about 11 lbs so far but I am determined to stick with it. You can do this!

I love my Jawbone Up. I work a desk job and it reminds me when I've been sitting too long. I get up and move around then. It's also like a game to me to see how many steps I can get in. You can log workouts as well. My hubby has one and we compete to see who can get the highest number of steps. The sleep data is…

Hey I wanna play! I started Tuesday when I had a day off. My legs were so sore Wednesday I could barely sit down (had to fall into my chair lol). So I'm sad to say I skipped Wednesday but got back on track Thursday. So now I'm on day 3. I'm embarrassed to say that I do the push-ups against the wall because I can't do the…

Go to the Community tab at the top and then click the Groups tab. You should be able to scroll down and find "type 2 diabetes support group". Click the green button that says "join group"

I've been diabetic for about 6 years now. The best thing to do is limit all carbs. Some will raise your blood sugar faster than others. Natural ones do it more slowly and help avoid that spike, but all will eventually raise it. It's important that when you do eat carbs, to have lots of veggies and some protein with it.…

Oooo almost forgot....you can make soups and marina sauce in there and tastes like it's been cooking all day. Also I do pot roast and carrots. They cook about the same time.

Thanks so much for sharing this! Truly inspirational. I love hearing success stories. It keeps me motivated!

I have one. It's great for cooking meats fast. I use it to make rice as well. Comes out perfect every time. I have not made a meal in it as everything usually has different cooking times.
