  • you don't have to eat any additional "crap" just eat the same way you did before when you both were losing, but just increase your portion sizes to keep your support strong!
  • yes, although vague in my post, i've accepted the 5lbs as permanent and not bloat although it happened overnight and stayed. the issue right now is the bloat, but my eating has stayed the same and i have not had any dietary changes such as going from low to higher carb.
  • no, i mean bloat like water weight. i mentioned in the post that i do believe it to be water weight, but am not 100% certain and wanted feedback to validate the assumption and find a solution.
  • yeah, i know it's temporary, but if the sugar is constant than the bloat stays until it's reduced. to reduce my sugar intake, i'm tracking it and making sure not consume over. i do this mainly by elimininating foods with high added sugar counts.
  • yes, i think my problem is that it sags a little so it doesn't look its size. it needs to be lifted more, just like you're doing.
  • i'm nervous about squatting heavy whilst alone, but i can't afford a trainer and don't have any friends who lift. i don't want to perform them incorrectly or injure myself. suggestions???
  • thank you! and i never called myself fat lol
  • As requested I'm including some context to help better this post. My height is around 5'6, although I haven't had a proper measurement in a long while. I weigh 112 and fluctuate up to 115, and my bust is about 32".
