I think your on the right track. Try making homemade protein bars! they are good, high in protein, and complex carbs if you make them right. Hope the tip helps @KittyGlitter1380

Only problem is.. Eggs are high in cholesterol. I love them tho!! Great for protein.

Some peoples tastes are different. I just like the quickness of the microwave.. Cooking them other ways they do taste a whole lot better!!!!

Hey Fsuguy92 the only advice i think i could give you would be; 1. When you go out only drink water. 2. If your going to drink only do clear liquor (less calories). 3. Try your hardest to eat a salad or some crap even if that burger looks good enough to eat its self!! this is how i am cutting up hope it helps at all.
