I am looking for foods low in carbs, and high in protein. I would like it if they tasted decent.. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks!!

Eggs fast and easy!!!
I have found you can whisk up some eggs, and throw what ever you want in them. Then put them in the microwave for 1:00 (stir) then another 30 sec. and you have a healthy baked/scrambled egg toss. hope this helps someone!
