  • About once a week I'll stop eating at 8pm and I'll resume at 5:00 pm the next day. So 21 hours. I'm overweight and I find that it just gives me a boost and allows me to eat an extra 50-100 calories the other days. I don't understand the eating in surplus when its over. On more than one occasion I've fasted without meaning…
  • But I mean where does the estimate come from? Like did they just pull it out of nowhere? Did they cut open a stomach and intestines? Or did they analyze blood? Etc....like what told them that we needed so and so of this or that?
  • Well how do they know?
  • Hmmmm avocado, then watermelon, then peaches, and lastly nectarines.
  • Not trying to sound like a dunce, but what is noisy bleeding? I don't think I've ever experienced this lol

  • Is it still considered gluttony when someone is doing it but wishingthey weren't? Idk I always thought of gluttony as when someone is indulging because they like it and want more. Not necessarily just eating a lot. Idk the actual definition though.
  • Alone. I'd much prefer that anyways. Live forever with a disease or die young perfectly healthy?
  • My odds would depend probably on climbing and jumping without dying ability, or speed. So I'd let the bear have my arm. Maybe bears have the right to arms too huh? Eat a live monkey or drink sewer water
  • Reject them. Never ever feel love again or feel love so strongly that it hurts. Both of these are until you die.
  • Pineapple might be quicker...maybe Listen to a song you hate on repeat for seven hours or sit on a roller coaster going nonstop for 48 hours
  • That's very interesting. I have aspergers so I just thought of that situation without understanding your meaning. I guess it makes sense since you see a lot of professionals with alcoholism. I think doctors were high up on the list.
  • I actually wrote a paper on this in college and it was interesting but the studies done said that for it to be an impact you had to have the equivalent situation as being enclosed on an airplane with every other person smoking for it to make an impact...you know what let me try to find that again. There were a few other…
  • I think it's just depressing. It definitely has a lot to do with the expectation of instant gratification. Forget what my informatics class called it but basically we EXPECT certain technology to be fast nowadays so its being classified as a type of technology. So literally we are so used to having instant results in most…
  • Sunscreen. Injections bypass the filtering of skin. Would you rather eat 200 oreos in one sitting without being able to work them off or shut your hand one time in a car door?
  • I think it's worth noting that drug addiction and eating disorders are pretty normal in the aspergers community and I only say that because someone else mentioned that it's weird that some people can't control eating but can control everything else. People with aspergers, a lot anyhow, absolutely do not have control of…
  • I actually found the part about neural plasticity very interesting considering that children often grow up with the habits that they had as a child. It's hard to convince someone who was raised a certain way of another option if its been ingrained in them enough. Religion comes to mind though I do know people who have…
  • Within reason maybe. But I think it'd be real pantspissing fear if a masked man wielding a chainsaw broke into my house.

  • I wouldn't trust that. I was on a completely whole foods diet and I was overweight and gaining and I looked into weight watchers...the 'free' foods were actually foods I was normally eating so obviously that wasn't going to help me. Some people it might work and if so then awesome! But if you want a better understanding of…

  • Eat a dog...easy. Dogs are annoying enough without being able to talk lol Would you rather bungee jump or skydive?
  • I thought relish and mayo was the default...maybe its a regional thing. Interesting though.

  • You shouldn't. You should compromise and watch Netflix while planking or jogging in place.
  • Had a seizure

  • Hell no I don't want to live forever. But the other option seems selfish so I guess I'd take the burden and be immortal Would you rather hammer a nail into your arm every day for two weeks or let a lawn mower run over your leg for an hour?
  • I read this article about this woman who did it and in her pictures she actually looked a wee younger in her after photo. Good luck I just might join you!
  • Eggs Bacon Butter Heavy cream Avocados Olive, coconut, or avocado oil Coconut milk Whole or raw milk Cheese..omg cheeeeese Pork Beef Nuts Nut butters Etc
  • Absolutely not. I put It works products in the same category as shakeology. I have a few friends that swear it's healthy and delicious though.
  • I don't have celiacs but I don't eat gluten, I also have trouble getting my calories. I usually get to like 600-800 by the end of the day and end up making a plate of veggies with like two tablespoons of butter and a teaspoon or two of peanut butter just so I can get there. I'd say just add more fat. It will add more…
  • I'd go Medjool. My three year old LOVES these and honestly I can't imagine rehydrated other dates could match the sweet richness of a Medjool. Someone mentioned that it's Carmel like in flavor and I'd definitely agree. Imo it also has a hint of a honey flavor.
  • The only success I've had of getting off cigarettes was switching to a vape for 7 months...three weeks ago I switched back to cigarettes. So technically I never quit nicotine. It really sucks and makes you feel like a failure. I personally think it can be an addiction. Especially if it interferes with or controls your…
