Hi All, is it too late to join?

I would like to thank everyone for their comments. I mainly wanted to know what should I do when I go off track from a diet plan. Most of you have a point and I need to question my trainers decision which I will do! Thanks for your support

I'm already working out but not 100% pushing myself. I did not ask if my 2 week plan was right or not. All I wanted to know is if I just ignore the day and continue tomorrow or skip my lunch since I had too much chocolate and continue on my diet.

I haven't seen his qualifications but I'll ask

Lots of salt, sugar, alcohol and the wrong fat

It is common to associate detox to a soup or juice diet which isn't the case here. It is just a 2 weeks plan to get my body full of the right nutrition sit needs to have great workouts without harming muscles and keeping me fit to workout more. He uses the word detox because I don't have any pasta or bread or meat apart…

I'm eating over 1500 calories a day , full of veg, protein and fruit as I said earlier. I never said I'm on a low calorie/unhealthy diet.

Cheers ;)

How do you know he isn't qualified? People assume! Actually he is very qualified personnel trainer
-
Ha! Hilarious! I currently have weights 12.5-15 kgs and he is going to help me push myself more. Unfortunately, I'm the kind of person that as soon as I have a cheat meal I give up. But I'm learning slowly

The 2 week diet is a jump start to the weight loss which includes workouts too. After the 2 week diet I'll be on a more flexible diet with more food since I'll be working harder. FYI: the current diet has loads of food too but it's not flexible.

Wow, I had this app for 2 years and I only recently started using the committee for support. But it seems like a lot of people are very negative and a bit aggressive too. This is generic: if you don't have any positive criticism please keep your comments to yourself

Thanks ;)

Ok! Let's not call it 'detox ' but a 2 week diet to get rid of water retention and to have appropriate nutrition for intensive workouts
-
I'm on this diet plan for 2 weeks and after he is going to be my personal trainer with a completely different diet
-
I'm not on a soup diet! It's full of fish, veg, vitamins, fruit, fat free yogurt. Loads of healthy food to to prepare me for workouts for my joints and muscles
-
That's so true, I noticed that if I don't have my meals planned I'll go for the fatty easy option. I've increased my calorie intake as it was too low and difficult. I'm definitely going for the slow but permanent achievements.

I get that a lot, people saying that it must be a priority and your main goal. But I do have the same issue of having a cheat meal and not looking at the app for a week after that.
