  • Reduce your water in take 2/3 litres as your probably holding a lot of water, to much water is just as bad for you as to much food, other then that maybe the stress of it all is preventing you losing weight? Try a variety of foods, plenty of ways to cook lean chicken, or change from chicken to a different lean meat, also…
  • 6 week programme where you gradually increase your strength bit by bit till on the last day you can do 100, it's not a bad programme really on week 3 atm, started being able to do 3/4 and now I can do over 20
