Hi I'm Graeme, just started doing the 100 push up challenge, anyone else doing a challenge/work out programme needs a buddy let me know

6 week programme where you gradually increase your strength bit by bit till on the last day you can do 100, it's not a bad programme really on week 3 atm, started being able to do 3/4 and now I can do over 200

Yeah could do to getting back properly. I used to do 25 but can only do 13 at moment.0

It seems quite easy at first, and you can start later in the challenge depending on your current abilities so it isn't to easy, it's alright so far I'm finding0
