i know. its been nice to be able to eat whatever I wanted at any time but now its time to get back into shape. I noticed no diet has caused my blood pressure to be higher, i had hearburn on a regular basis, I didnt sleep well and in general had less energy for everything!

I am dealing with anxiety too, been dealing for the past year or so. I tried medication but it wouldn't work for me and I felt like I wasn't myself anymore so I stopped it. I havent really got a gym program.. I have been doing gym 3 times a week on and off for the past 8 months or so... I think what I do need is a proper weekly routine so I can see the results. At the minute I feel like my workout is all over the place...

if you really want your body to be burning fat cut down on CARBS replace carbs with protein - a lot of chicken, turkey, protien shakes and others. and if you do cardio on the top of that you will soon see results. no fast food
