Hey Rachal, thts really grt info. As I'm Indian chai tea is regular for me but with almond milk is a grt option. . Jasmin green tea too. You have pretty Indian taste.

Are you not having some protein shakes after workout or before starting your day to office?.. I used to work at Hyd but taken a sabbatical for sometime. I'm gonna go slim trim n then join back. Need to shed off 15kg...need your motivation

Pls be aware Abt cashew. It takes away the calcium already exists. So low fat milk is always good with powder after workout. We are always deficit by few grams of protein, no matter what we eat.

Hey thanks a lot. Thts was easy but very imp one. But I'm not sure how much cal I need per day. Though I started working out regularly.
