My weight goes up by 5pounds during ovulation, steadily drops to original weight and goes back up again a day before my period starts. Don't worry it's just water.

Have you considered lentils ? When I lost a bunch of weight a couple of years ago, that what I ate for meals, coupled with eggs for breakfast, Greek yogurt for snacking and whey protein shakes pre-workout . Am doing that again. Mung bean and red lentils are easy to cook too.

When do the results start showing? People talk about dropping weight quickly in the first few weeks, but I log accurately and work out and see no loss. Been about three weeks since I started.
