Congratulations on your weight loss! The point of Shakeology isn't to eliminate proper diet and exercise. I hope nobody has touted it as some kind of miracle shake. I'm a beachbody coach, not even gonna lie, and I use it and enjoy it, but it's definitely not a miracle of any kind. It's just a protein shake that has added…

Definitely feel free to add!

I do buffalo cauliflower bites! SO GOOD. I put the cauliflower florets in a ziploc, toss in some garlic salt, pepper and paprika, JUST enough olive oil to lightly coat the florets. Toss it all around and smoosh it so it all gets covered. Then I throw it all in one layer on a baking sheet, toss it in the oven at 425 degrees…

Love having new friends :) Feel free to add me anytime!

PiYo is awesome. It's low impact and it uses body weight only to help build muscle. I don't say "toning", because that's not really a thing... But yes, it would help build muscle to give you a more "toned" appearance. :) Chalene is the best.

Uhh, no... I don't understand. I'd like to see the evidence that supports your claim that their dietary supplements and meal replacements are subpar. If you can show me definitive proof that Shakeology DOESN'T have superfoods in it, I would most definitely read it and believe you. But, until then, I'll keep drinking my…

The Beachbody hate on these forums is kind of ridiculous. 21 Day Fix is a fine program. I did a round of it, found that I preferred counting calories to counting containers. All's well that ends well. But the program does not just send you cute little tupperware and make you hope for the best. The containers are all…

I'm totally with you. I hate the notion that as long as you stay within your calorie goal, you'll lose weight. That's just not true. It's all about WHAT you put into your body, too! I wish more people understood that. Happy to have you here!

I'm in week two and adoring it! :)

http://rippedclub.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/shakeology-ingredients.pdf I'm just gonna leave this here. Have your opinions about a product, but don't try to deny that its ingredients are natural, not chemical. :)

HAHAHAHA that's awesome. :)

People are so friggin obnoxious. If your program works for you and makes you happy, then enjoy it and love it and ignore people who have such a ridiculous hatred for Beachbody that has no purpose at all.

-raises hand- Yup. That would be me! Been a chubby kid and then a fat teenager for a long as I can remember. But I started using Beachbody programs in 2011 and I've lost 30 pounds since then. Would've been more had I been better with my nutrition, but it is what it is. I'm starting a Facebook challenge group on April 6th…

I love Shakeology myself. Yeah, it's expensive, but your health is well worth the investment. 99% of protein powders are loaded with chemicals and preservatives and dyes. Shakeology is natural, so it makes me feel a bit better. :)

I use Shakeology, though not specifically for breakfast. -prepares for stones to be thrown-

Hi Nate! I highly recommend just going to a class. I had tried to do at home yoga tapes for a long time, but could never get the form right and just wasn't benefiting. The second I went to a real class, I really experienced yoga at its finest, got the help I needed with form, and most of all, I got the real atmosphere of a…

Yes, I am a college student and in the same boat :) If anybody here is interested, I'm actually going to be starting a Spring challenge/accountability group on Facebook the first week of April to prepare for summer. I'm using Beachbody programs (I've been using them since 2011 and have lost 30 plus pounds) and we'll be…
