  • I drank Visalia for a while and liked it but I just got some Idealshape and it is much better for controlling my hunger! Tastes delicious and is around $55
  • Thanks for posting! I have a similar problem, but I when i workout I tend to feel it when I breathe through my nose. Almost like I am sniffing acid- it's very off putting but doesn't happen everytime. I will be watching this post for any other help on this.
  • SQUATS and more squats, also deadlifts. I use dumbells or a bar (kettleball works well for deadlifts). While i'm doing the deadlifts I don't feel it all that much, until the next day I can barely get down to sit in the car. So i highly recommend those!
  • I have similar stats, 5'6" and 138, trying to lose the last 10 though. Its happening alot slower than the first 15 I needed to lose. I eat more like 1400 cals and i have taken the advice of the wonderful members of this forum and began pushing the weight lifting part of my workout and not just the cardio. This will help…

  • I drink Idealshape as a snack because I think they are delicious and they keep me super full! I love my food too, but as a snack I enjoy these because I feel very satisfied afterwards, I never replace an actual meal with them though.
  • I'm on my last 10lbs. So far I've lost 13.6 and it's been about 9 weeks. Make sure you measure and weight everything you would be surprised at how much you are actually eating and it can really affect your weight loss! Anyways good luck on your journey, add me if you want support!
  • For two adults, we spend about $100 a week, both college students but we cook lots of interesting meals and eat very well. I'm sure we could spend less if we ate simpler but that's no fun!

  • Good to know, I want ALL the opinions. I think for myself I may be better off sticking with the daily calorie restrictions rather than doing IF.
  • Thank you! I will check out the group. Sounds like it's not a whole lot different than just doing daily restrictions. Much appreciated!
  • We have pretty similar stats, and I ride horses too! Support!
  • Ok I'm in! 5'6" Starting weight: 152 Current weight: 141 Goal weight: 128 Goal weight by the end of this challenge: 136 I want to cut back on the beers! It's the hardest thing for me to avoid. Exercise goal would be to up the strength training, my go to move is just jump on a treadmill but I know gaining muscle will help…
  • I lost 11lbs in the first 8 weeks, I was also exercising and not eating back those calories, most days I worked off about 300 calories. I wasn't super heavy, started at 152 and now down to 141. Losing the last 10 is going to be a bit more difficult but I hope to be down to 130 by mid June. It's going to take a lot of work!…
  • I am 5'6" and also doing 1200 cals a day, have been doing it for the past 2 weeks, and before that I was doing 1000cals a day. I am much happier on 1200 calories a day and I also exercise 5-6 times a week. Losing that last bit of weight is hard but keep going because your doing great!!
  • You can add me too, I just graduated college and I had gained about 20 lbs too so I understand what you are going through!
  • I measure all of my food and use the barcode scanner for everything that I don't put a recipe in for. I think I am stuck in a plateau so I plan on changing up the exercise plan and see if that helps me! Thanks for all the support. The first 12 lbs came off so quickly I was hoping for the same with the last 10-12 but I…
  • Thanks! I have been working out quite a bit and I know the last 10 will take longer. I just want to make sure I am on the right track with how many calories I am eating! Don't want to be hurting my weight loss by not eating enough (it's hard enough as it isn't!) ☺️
