i love P90X3 it is great and only 30 min exercises. I lost 7 lbs in first 30 days of it while following the nutrition plan too.

I suggest you log your wine just like everything else you consume and try to limit how much you drink so that it fits into you calorie goal. Going over every once in a while is ok too.

2 lbs up is not something to be worried about. your overall trend is losing weight. your body will fluctuate plus or minus 4 lbs anyways so a +2 one day is not something to be worried about just be patient and keep at it.

1) drink plenty of water. a good rule of thumb is take your body weight in lbs divided by 2 and drink this many ounces of water per day 2) make sure you get plenty of sleep your body needs time to rest 3) calculate your BMR and TDEE and take TDEE-20% this should be your calorie goal per day. check out the threads in the…

drink more water. a simple estimate is take your body weight in lbs and divide by 2. this number is the number of ounces of water per day you should be drinking.

TDEE-20% is the a good place to be. if you are feeling good and losing weight then I'd say you are on the right track :) don't forget to recalculate BMR and TDEE every so often after you lose weight.
