Im 26, just under 5'4". HW: 144lbs CW: 133lbs GW: 125lbs I work out 6 days a week, 1-1.5 hrs per day mix of strength and cardio I am eating 1667 calories per day which for me is TDEE-20%

I totally agree with OP. I'm learning that most people don't even want to hear it though. they are hoping for a magic weight loss cure where they don't have to do any of the work to get there.

you can get a pullup assist or put a chair/stool under you and use your legs to take some of the weight off while you pull up.

this thread is pointing out the confusing serving sizes but no one is posting what is the correct way to measure/weigh the serving sizes for different foods. if anyone can post a link to a reference it would be great.

I think this is great advice. My husband also says hurtful things to me about what I eat or about my body but whenever I talked to him about it come to find out that he didn't meant to be hurtful at all. not true for me, however I pay a lot more than $10/month for my gym membership. my gym actually values its members and I have made friends with so many of the trainers and they give me crap if I am gone even 1 week. lol. definitely not the type of gym who doesn't want its members to show up. I love my gym.
