Yea it was very hard in the beginning, but once you start seeing results it really motivates you to keep going. My advice would be in the beginning of every week weigh yourself to see if you lost or gained any weight. Seeing my weight drop every week made me want to keep going!

I think I got pretty lucky I don't have alot of loose skin I have some on my stomach and a little on my arms but other than that it's not that bad I think it s because I would incorporate weight training along with my cardio

That's awesome! My one tip would be to never skip cardio because that's the one of the biggest parts of burning the fat and losing weight.
