Thank you for replies. It says on MFP where i log my food i have eaten 1236 cals but earned 451 from my fitbit steps, it then adds the 451 to my 1200 daily total given 1651cals for the day. I only eat the 1236 is this correct.I am getting confused with whether to eat them or not. I have my profile set to lose half per week…

Thank you I have done this it gives me 1200 calories. Should I also eat back my exercise calories on top of this ? Thank you

Hi I selected 1 pound loss, I do not eat exercise calories, should I eat my exercise cals ?when I change it to half pound loss it says 1380 cals, maybe I be better off with 1380, just not sure, I am 63 years old too.

I have it set to one pound per week to lose and it says my calories from exercise are 1177 for the 4 sessions, but I don't eat these

Looked at scooby it says bmr 1302, tdee 1791 calories at 20% reduction 1432 does thud mean to consume 1432 to lose weight
