I've received quite a few questions etc so thought I'd try to answer them here. I rejoined the gym on my 40th birthday ready to get healthy and into better shape. Initially I started off with a goal of working out 3 times a week and cutting out all junk food. It worked, I started losing. Along the way I remembered how much…

Hi there I'm 5'8" and my starting weight was 278 I'm now at 177 ~ it's been 2 years since I started

I'm 5'8 and currently 181 pounds. My goal will not be below 160 as I have muscle and am wanting to keep adding muscle as I continue to lose. That number on the scale isn't the only number I care about, my body fat percentage and how I feel are just as important.

I rejoined the gym after a very long hiatus on my 40th bday, my weight was 278 on that day and as of today I'm at 233. Change of diet and 6 days a week at the gym is what's done it. I was focusing a lot on cardio but this week have added in more weights and I'm loving it. Feel free to add me :)
