  • It is I have down down about 4lbs well actually today the scale said I am up 2 lbs!!! I feel like I'm losing but the scale says other and I honestly don't know why it shows I'm gaining
  • No I don't weigh but I do use measuring cups and I know about using my palm size for meat...
  • My calorie goal is 1500... Yes sometimes I'll have a few bad choices, not anything major though and I will make sure that I count those too, I am drin I do get full in fact do you think menopause could have something to do with it?
