Hey! I recently started using this again a few days ago and seriously this is such a good app to keep on track. My advice is stay motivated by making a list of goals for every week, not a lot but maybe things like "eat more veg, drink more water..etc" then when you complete your goals you'll feel satisfied. Good luck!

Yep! I remember I tried the marinade before but that tastes different and is much spicier, this is the medium sauce and it's in a orange bottle! I also poured a drop when it was in the pan they stayed nice and moist :)) hope you enjoy it

Hope you enjoy! I found it perfect as I normally get bored of plain chicken breast. This is just enough spice/flavour. The garlic is a bit much tho if you're not into garlic skip the half a clove. ️Xxx

No my goal is 1,200 calories per day. A few years back I would eat 2000/2500 calories per day so I've cut back a lot! It makes me proud to see I haven't consumed so many calories so I usually try stay under my goal!

Thank you! That's what I'm doing right now focusing on my calories and keeping it to a maximum of 1000 per day! I think I get kinda freaked out when I see I've eaten 51% carbs and only eaten 461 calories! Blaming it on the banana I ate. Thanks for your response! :smile:

I have cut back my calories and cut out all processed foods. Would you say a calorie goal of 1000 is ok to successfully drop the pounds? Thanks for your reply. :)

Hey everyone. Just recently started actually using this app and I'm amazed at how good it feels to log in my eats and count my calorie intake. I am trying to eat cleaner and low carb, lover of green tea, would love to have some more friends on here. Let's motivate each other! :)
