Could always use more friends. Even if it’s just a random like, just seeing that I’m not alone helps a lot. And seeing a like or a comment on something I’m proud of (like a progress pic or a weight loss after I had a gain the week before) changes my mood for the whole day. And when I’m happy, i stay on track better.

I was feeling really down about the scale and skipping weigh in because I didn’t want to be disappointed. As if not seeing the number on the scale made it not exist. Not healthy at all. I would recommend a weekly pic in the same outfit, maybe even monthly. The scale does not always show the best progress.

This is only around a 4 pounds difference. And you cant really see a difference. But I can feel the difference in these shorts!!! I never show above my knees bc I hate my thighs. I try to end my day by eating grapefruit. I want to train my mind and body into knowing that grapefruit is the end of my eating day. Plus nothing really tastes right after grapefruit so when i try to eat after i dont even get half way before i stop.

Yes. I did have a gym membership but i live in a small military town and at any given time it was over run by grunting guys that hogged the free weights- which was the hole reason i joined! 3 gyms in the town (2 of them anytime fitness) and all of them packed. I understand. Its not the same but i have issues with people at work wanting to 'share' my food i bring in. I normally bring in enough that i can split my food in half and eat twice during my 8-10 hour shift. But you know, im mean because i wont share.

Special k chocolate mocha and a granola bar is my go to when i cant have a break at work. I tried the breakfast essentials shake but its a little smaller then the special k with more calories. I havent tried any other shakes.

The lowest i remember being since i got to 5'3" was when i was 15yo i am now 29yo. I was 125 pounds size 9 pants and my hip bones pocked out. Dunno if i want to, or even could, get to that weight again but i sure want to try lol. I would love to be able to say i am the same size i was a 15 by the time im 30
