From my understanding... If you are eating bone in chicken (say chicken leg) and you log a chicken leg the bone is acounted for. So if your chciken leg was 2oz but only 1oz of meat the database knows that and adjusts for that.

Not about the show itself. Being fat is becoming so normalized that its more acceptable to be fat then it is to lose weight to be healthy.

The only thing i have banned is soda. I am an all or nothing type when it comes to sodas. It had got to a point that i could finish a 12 pack in one day by myself. Its just the one thing that i can not have and still focus on losing weight.

I like luna bars, special k, goodness knows, awake energy, atkins, and (a few) nature valley bars. Texture is a big thing for me. I really only try new brands if i can get a really good deal on them. So far quest hasnt been worth it.

I am 5 foot 3, 29 years old, and started 209 pounds. Lightly active set to lose 1 pound per week. My calories are set to 2130. I think you need to go ahead and keep your settings on lightly active. Try changing your goal to less of a loss to see if you need to eat more. You need to fuel your body to get it going.

Today not only marks 120 days logging in, but also 120 days with no soda!!! I am not a 'in moderation' type person with soda and certian fast foods. So i cut soda out cold turkey! I still crave it but i no longer need it.

I regret not taking one. I took my 'before' pic after i lost 5 pounds. And i didnt notice any difference until 10 pounds after that! Its slow but when you notice that difference it is so amazing!
