This one is 90 calories and pretty good. My mom doesn’t like fake meats but actually liked it. Haven’t tried this one yet but it’s on the list for my next shopping trip. I found these at Publix in the salad/produce section with the tofu.

I agree about speaking with your doctor. I’m hypoglycemic and always struggle at the 30 pound mark. (My doctor can only guess the reason and we are in the process of finding out why) I’ve been attempting to maintain for most of the year but have been focusing on weight loss again for the past few weeks. My main struggle is…

From my understanding of her explanation, she is the one that helps them set a plan of action. These 4 categories only help her determine how to go about it and, in the long run, how successful she sees it being. She deals with people at all fitness levels but specializes in those getting weight loss surgery. My biggest…

Also hypoglycemic 🙋🏻♀️ For me, low carb and keto really messed with keeping a level blood sugar throughout the day. I space carbs and fruits along my day. I generally eat 5-6 times and at least 4 meals have a carb element to them. I start shaking and can’t focus when I go more than a few hours without eating, it’s why…

No one said family/friends would try to sabotage me. A family member will bring lunch to my job. 1:knowing I plan my day in the morning and bring my lunch with me. 2:only brings lunch the day after my weigh in, and only if I lost. Best friend makes me feel guilty about my progress by pointing out why she isn’t losing. I…

I’ve started drinking Karma. I was told by a friend that they helped with her bloating. So far I haven’t really noticed anything with bloating but I haven’t been getting as many stomach aches lately. Not sure if the probiotics are the reason or if I’ve just been getting a little more water. Whichever the reason, the drink…

NSV: I showed this progress pic to a coworker and she said I looked skinnier in person! I felt really skinny in my august pic so her saying that made me feel great!

I am having the same issues with it not being as easy as a few years ago (right around 5) I’ve had to make tweaks to my diet every week or two until o find items that fit my needs now. I also deal with hypoglycemia so need to work around that. And as I learned this past week, small changes can negatively affect it and…

The Atkins coffee shakes in the brown packaging are really good. Sadly low carb/high protein items (shakes, snacks, bars, etc) really upset my stomach. I get severe pains and bloating. I’ve tried different brands, but they all caused issues- Atkins took longer to notice anything so I guess that’s good 🤷🏻♀️

I do the same. I can’t pick an exact time to eat everyday because of my job but I have a window of time I eat each meal. If it’s between those times, I hold off and look at what I ate the meal before to see why I’m hungry before my next meal.

I acknowledge that I went over, and try to think of how I was feeling that made me go over. Was I stressed? Bored? Actually hungry? Depressed? Figuring out the cause, helps me to understand when something like that happens again. It’s a learning process and things happen. Be kind to yourself.

In high school I was around 120-130 and you could see hipbones (with a little chub over but still) My aim is a strong 145-155 but really I plan on slowing down when I get to a weight that I feel confident at. Last time I remember getting to 165-170 I felt good but knew I still wanted to lose more. I am working more on how…

***let me explain the why the shirt is positive for me: today I was putting something in my backseat and had to bend down, someone yelled out “you’re fat” And I realized it didn’t bother me. Yes I’m fat- but I’m also kind, caring, helpful, hardworking, etc. Fat is not all I am. And honestly, I wouldn’t be making the…

Wow. Not my post but it’s my pics in the quote. Thanks to the *kitten* that hit disagree 😬 that’s real motivational 🙄 my question is this: Did you disagree with my point of my cloths fitting different, or with @LyssieLou saying congrats?

May 15th I’ll be going to universal Orlando with my best friend. Last time we went (sept 2019) I could fit but I had to be moved to seats for larger people and even then, I was on the last setting trying to pull it tighter. I was a US size 22 (snug fit) and am down to US size 16/14 and have a pair of shorts I’ve used as…

I was on my walk and noticed my heart rate just wasn’t as high as I wanted it (Fitbit has 109 as entering my fat burning zone) so I decided to do a tiny jog (still feel too fat to jog in public) but I did about 1/2 mile when I got a notification on my phone that my gps mileage tracker for work picked up a new drive! That…

These shirts are the same brand/style/size just different colors 🙌🏻 I get discouraged feeling like the scale isn’t moving as fast as I feel it should. I love looking back and seeing my progress

I was really excited today. This teal shirt and the gray shirt are the same brand/style/size just different colors! The gray picture was taken January 15th (about 203 pounds) the teal was taken today (about 192 pounds) Also I was comparing myself now to me at different weights.

Just another view of my walk. It feels amazing out. Hope you all are doing good! Edit: the weather app lies! It’s starting to drizzle
