    04: 191.0 -I wasn’t able to eat/keep much down yesterday so I’m really hungry today and don’t expect this weight to stay long.

    07: 193.2 -yesterday was a cravings day. I hesitate to call them cheat days because, for me, that puts a negative spin on it. When I get a craving, I write it down and wait a few days. I look over whatever foods I wrote down and i pick the one that jumps out the most.
    08: 193.6 -had a very long walk yesterday and am still sore

    Happy so far with the progress. I reached my goal weight this month of reaching 158. I don't break the mini goal weights down to the decimals as to not feel like a failure if I don't reach it. Therefore, any weight in that one point range is an achievement. Been at this 2 months and although 13lbs in 2 months doesn't seem like a lot, it's a great accomplishment for me!

    Delighted this thread is still going. It was my tittle ages ago. I lost 2.1/2 stone but need to start again with the weight loss.

    Weigh in the the morning, I begin again.

    Monday 3: 192.2 - I’ve been having issues with my hypoglycemia. I’ve completely cut soda and gummy candy, which are actually ways to bring your sugar back up really quick when it drops. I had been working on different ways to keep it steady but I guess I made a change that negatively affected it.
