After a wobbly few months I am feeling a spring in my step at last! I love these threads because they help me remember it's a case of one day, one week, one month at a time but the efforts do add up. Mine have recently been adding up in the wrong direction but my April goal is to lose 4.2lb and get steady below 160lb. I'll be weighing in here as close to every day as I can manage.
