Make sticky notes and put them everywhere in the pantry you may end up late night, reminding yourself why you shouldn't. Find that deep down motivator that overcomes all urges, we all have one right? Right now for me it is my low self esteem and vanity that is driving me, find yours!

You are definitely not too big in my opinion. In fact I'd say you appear stat wise to be a very fit person at a good weight. More importantly how do you feel? Do you feel great? Maybe you need to change up nutrition more than lose weight at this stage? Good luck!

It's tough finding time for working out especially when you're caring for your family. I bought a recumbent magnetic bike at academy and put it in my bedroom. I've found that even days when I can't get to the gym, I can get on that bike before bed and put an hour of work in. Anyway my two cents
