I have a cheat every once in a while maybe 2 times a month. Last cheat was Chinese food but I don't always log it if it's a buffet kinda thing cause I never know exactly how much I ate.

Cellucor always tasted chalky to me but I always mixed mine with milk. Maybe water would help with the chalky taste

I use protein shakes for breakfast and after a workout. Helps hit your protein goal and keeps me full in the morning.

I look at a picture I have from when I first started to workout, just me with my huge gut no shirt and I hate it. I just look at that old pic and it makes me never want to be that again

I picked up a cheap digital one at Walmart that lets me zero the scale. I think it cost me $15

Yea just for s**ts and giggles I use the scale at the gym at the end of every month. If I do it every week I get to freaked out about the numbers and lose sight of the big picture
