Well, since october-april I tried to put on weight and gain muscle etc. But now Im seeing slim girls with defined glutes without having to eat so much? Id love to lose the fat in my stomach area but Ive tried many workouts with my trainer and Im still skinny fat with no definition

Thats true. Now its even harder to find a workout that transforms my entire body. Not many focus on glutes too

Okay, I chose the m&s full body workout for 3 days and the cardio would be for abs right? Also, Is 40g fat a day too much?

I do the upper&lower body that I posted, but I just wanted to know if they're any good to build glutes and get flat abs.. Im guessing the arm workouts aren't that great? Should I use StrongCurves for lower body only then?

I workout @ home 5x a week - this was given to me by a trainer. Where else would I be able to find a plan?

It is but it's the only way for me to make sure my stomach doesn't get bigger. It's the food that I struggle with because I lost motivation :(

I'm an 18 year old girl so i don't know much about this. How long does this bulking phase take? I eat whatever I want until I reach my desired weight and then cut? I started off at 47 kg and now I'm stuck at 51kg

Thanks for helping, I'll stick to your advice.. Im always told to be 'careful' eating certain things because I'm not going to cut after bulking

Try overnight oats and add in nuts, seeds, fruit etc.

I would say try starting off by drinking high calorie smoothies/shakes that will help you put on weight as they arent as difficult as completing meals.

Yes, I want to put on muscle. How much should I be gaining per week? Because I did manage to put on weight, but now its a struggle.

So junk food is ok? Not everyday, but if I had fries on one occasion.

I don't mind healthy foods its just too much food. I thought I couldn't eat icecream, because of the sugar. Her meal plans are 3 meals. So for breakfast: oatmeal Lunch: chicken sandwhich Dinner: stir fry That's just one example.. I was gaining weight but now I'm stuck at 51 kg

I dont know what to do, I follow Buffie the Body's stick to thick meals. Is it that bad?
