I can relate, I have allergies and get ear infections easily. And recently foot injury but I still try to get as much exercise as I can especially at my age. It definitely helps. Even though I “try” to somewhat limit carbs, I basically just watch calories only. However, I am also trying to eat more protein. I am almost at my original set goal weight but I also figured I’d have more muscle by then too.

Same as above. The do not eat so many hours before bedtime is basically a myth IMHO. It’s calories in / calories out. Although several hours of fasting does indeed help. So as long as you are getting a decent number of hours a night in sleep and maybe not eating for a few hours after waking up, you will benefit and loose…
