This worked for me. Gym membership: Find a routine that works for you and that you like. I am obsessed with basketball and play everyday. Pick up a sport vitamin, fish oil and a decent whey isolate. Lol! I hit my goal and then went on a cruise for a week. I gained 9 pounds that turned into 25 by not logging. I still went to the gym 4-5 times a week but you can't burn what you eat at the gym. I lost 60 pounds 18 months ago, I've gained 25 back from a 3 month lapse of going yo the gym. ( injured) once you start seeing results, its very addicting.
